RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To request a return, please contact us at contact@freakchicofficial.com with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

FREAKCHIC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
